The old town of Palma, the Casco Antiguo, is the true heart of the city. For centuries it was home to the nobility and the wealthy of Mallorca who built gracious palaces and town houses using the finest materials.

For most of the last 50 years Mallorca has focused on new modern hotels and apartments in the coastal resorts but in the last decade, the old town has been re-discovered and many of the buildings which had fallen into disrepair have been restored, some as museums, art galleries and public buildings while others have become homes again. Now it is possible once more to live in the historic centre of the City and enjoy its charm, culture and tranquillity. Only residents with a permit are allowed to drive on its cobbled streets which ensures that the area is quiet and safe.

Working with an architect passionate about historic buildings and with an efficient and highly experienced construction team, we are now close to finishing our second development - Monti Sion 7.

In the very centre of this district we are restoring a fine house, converting it to create three luxurious apartments. Using the best materials, these apartments will meet the highest expectations of a discerning international clientele. Each apartment will have one or two garage parking spaces within the building so residents will be able to park and take the new lift directly to their own apartment.

The house is built around a central patio that gives good natural light and ventilation to all the principal rooms. The patio itself will be landscaped with exotic palms, a water feature and subtle lighting to provide a private oasis for owners to enjoy.

Whilst preserving and restoring many original features, the apartments will of course be equipped with the latest facilities and creature comforts including gas central heating, reverse air conditioning, fully equipped kitchens, luxury bathrooms, TV and internet connections

With all relevant licences in place and the approval of the scheme by the Historic Buildings Association, we expect to complete the restoration in Spring 2009.

Prices ranging from €825,00 to €1,335,000
